Water fluoridation poison
Reject water fluoridation poison
Written on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2007 by Jeanette Leigh :: 0 comments to this post
John Howard tells us to give our children fluoride. This is a huge mistake. Fluoride is poison!
For years, we have been told that fluoride consumption is a healthy necessity and safe. Fluoride compounds don’t prevent dental cavities!
Fluoride compounds are constituents of nerve gas and rat poison. Hexafluorosilicic acid is the most widely used water fluoridation compound and it is raw industrial hazardous waste.
This does not protect our teeth. It actually destroys them through dental fluorosis.
We don’t have a choice about this
Fluoride was the key chemical in atomic bomb product so why are we being fed it?
Shouldn’t we be addressing our diet when we consider tooth decay and the enormous amount of rubbish we feed the children?
Reject water flouridation. It is poison!
John Howard, our PM is as usual blindly following the Americans and destroying our health!

Hypertension medicine
Hypertension medicine does not have to include drugs
Written on Monday, September 11th, 2006 by Jeanette Leigh :: 0 comments to this post
It is worth knowing that transcendental meditation is an excellent hypertension medicine.
Randomised control trials have shown that transcendental meditation is as effective as antihypertensive drugs in reducing mild hypertension.
It was shown to be more effective in reducing high blood pressure than a control technique and was shown to reduce blood pressure in poeple who experienced high levels of stress with multiple risk factors for hypertension.

Animal health care provides lots of possibilities
Written on Wednesday, September 6th, 2006 by Jeanette Leigh :: 0 comments to this post
A growing number of vets provide alternative animal health care alongside conventional vetinary treatment.
Acupuncture can be used to assist lameness and arthritis in dogs. Herbs can be used for skin complaints and for liver cleansing. These are a good alternative to harsh drug treatments and can be very effective.
